The Securitas Integrated Management System has been designed not only to make the company compliant with the ISO and PSA standards, but also be able to do good business by being responsible employer. It complements the on-going training and development needs of our staff, recognising that we are working within a highly competitive and evolving industry sector. The entire process has been designed around the corporate business models, referred to as the 'Securitas Tool Box'. By doing this we have tied the commercial principles of the Securitas business philosophy into supporting basic quality management principles.

Securitas aims to protect its clients and employee’s interests by providing a consistently high-quality security service. This can only be achieved if all members of the Company act, at all times, in a professional manner. In putting our Clients' first and serving their interests to the best of our ability, we will retain our position as knowledge leaders in the contract Security Industry.

Legal compliance, International standards and Group standards

Securitas will always comply with the most demanding requirements whether they are the relevant applicable laws, international standards we are certified to, industry standards or Global or local Securitas specific standards.

Standard and Compliances

Securitas Security Services Ireland operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) that meets the requirements and the published guidelines of the following Standards and licences:

Securitas Private Security Authority Licence (PSA) Expiry May 2024

ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)

ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems)

ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management)

Securitas Ireland are committed to quality management in all aspects of our service. It begins with an assessment of our Client’s requirements to analyse what security is necessary, given the threats within their particular environment. By discussing and agreeing service solutions with the Client, we are able to identify the various tasks our staff must undertake. These tasks are risk assessed, resulting in the contract for services being correctly calculated and agreed.

The values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness are at the foundation of Securitas and it is on this values that we begin our relationships and continued respect for them is the base for Securitas internal policies.

Respect for the human rights, diversity and equal opportunities is vital to Securitas and how we conduct our daily business. We support and respect the fundamental human rights set out in international declarations and guidelines , such as the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our commitment is detailed in Securitas’ Diversity Policy, Human Rights Policy and Values and Ethics Policy.

It is important that all Securitas employees and business partners understand importance Securitas puts on business ethics, corruption, and its prevention. This has been reflected in anti-corruption policy, which has been communicated and signed by all of our business partners.

The details are outlined in Securitas’ Anti- Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, Fair Competition and Anti-Trust Policy and Securitas’ Business partner Code of Conduct.

Management Responsibility

Responsibility for implementation of these systems and policies rests with the Country President and the Risk and Compliance Manager. The senior management team of Securitas will ensure that our Policies are understood and maintained by all within the Company. Our dedication to Quality, H&S and Environmental Management and  will be explained at induction training and will form an integral part of the regular management meetings, at all management levels where we review our Objectives. All updates to the existing policies will be published electronically via the Company’s email and public server system.

The Management of Securitas Security Services Ireland recognises the need for continuous improvement of all our processes and procedures in order to ensure our customers’ and employee’s needs and expectations are always met and where possible exceeded, as well as to demonstrate to potential new clients and employees our suitability as a trusted Security Services and Solutions provider.
