At Securitas Ireland, sustainable operations are the foundation for our long-term growth. The business must be sustainable, not only financially, but also socially and environmentally. For us, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of our everyday work.

Sustainable Operations

Securitas operates in 48 markets and employs 355,000 people globally. Being a responsible and solid employer is a priority, but we must also ethically conduct our business, consider our environmental impact and offer high-quality services. Only then will all areas of our operations become sustainable.

Securitas conducts responsible and often sensitive operations. Securitas' Values and Ethics Code serves as a guiding document for our work and helps us to uphold and promote a high ethical business-standard. Our values are the foundation of our operations and the corporate culture is built on these values that help to shape a long-term, financially successful enterprise by creating value for clients, employees and shareholders. They are summarized in three words: Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. More detailed support documents have also been established, including an anti-corruption policy and an emissions policy for the vehicles purchased or leased by Securitas.

Securitas aims to be a responsible, honest and transparent company, and we encourage an on-going dialogue with our stakeholders – from clients to suppliers and political decision-makers.
