    A year of growth, innovation, and sustainable transformation: Securitas annual and sustainability report 2021

    In 2021, Securitas delivered record results, strengthened its global position, and took major steps towards a more technology-driven and sustainable future. Through strategic acquisitions, a refreshed visual identity, and an increased focus on intelligent security solutions, the year marked an important turning point for the company.

    A transformative year for Securitas globally

    Securitas’ Annual and Sustainability Report for 2021 shows organic sales growth of 4% and total revenue of MSEK 107,700. The company operated in 46 countries, employing over 345,000 people, and served approximately 153,000 clients, achieving a customer loyalty rate of 90%.

    Highlights of the year included the acquisitions of Protection One in Germany and Tepe Güvenlik in Turkey, which strengthened Securitas’ position in remote monitoring and electronic security. In December, the company announced an agreement to acquire Stanley Security - a strategic move set to transform the security industry and position Securitas as a leading provider of intelligent security solutions.

    The company also introduced a new brand identity that reflects its knowledge-driven approach and its commitment to diversity and inclusion. These efforts were recognised when Securitas was named one of Forbes’ top 500 most diverse companies in the United States.

    Furthermore, Securitas received an AAA rating from the Upright Project for its net positive impact on society, placing the company among the top three per cent of all organisations assessed.
