The Quarantine Module/ Visitor Management System
This module will enable you to pre-screen any visitor or contractor PRIOR to them visiting your site. An online course based around COVID-19 is sent to the individual providing you with an advanced layer of protection.
By completing this induction course, they will have acknowledged having no symptoms and confirming they have obeyed recent governmental rules regarding the COVID-19. The module also helps you implement checks for your staff, to ensure everyone entering and exiting your premises are clear on their role in preventing the spread of the infection.
Before Arriving “Pre-Questioning”
In advance of their visit you send a link to an online course setup in the cloud. This can include reading sections of training information, viewing images and watching Videos.
The person is then presented with a series of multiple choice questions that they must answer correctly. Once completed they will receive a pass score and a PDF document with a QR Code clearing them for their on-site visit. When they arrive on site the QR code is scanned, the system takes their photo, a signature of compliance is captured and a pass is printed. The host is automatically alerted of their visit.
On Arriving “Quarantine Function”
The system enables you to carry out your due diligence for any visitor or contractor that has NOT completed the online course. Key information similar to the online course, followed by a questionnaire can be included in your sign-in process at reception for visitors and contractors.
Should they answer any question wrong, or indicate that they have been exposed to the virus, they will not be allowed to complete the sign in process and will be quarantined. A message will appear on screen telling them to remain in reception until met by a member of staff.
Daily Questionnaire
To minimise risk of infection and to emphasise your ‘prevention and social distancing’ policies, you can include a questionnaire in the sign-in process for every member of staff.
This will require staff to confirm they have not shown any symptoms, or have been around anyone with symptoms, before they are allowed to enter your site.
Once successfully signed in, your staff will be issued with a temporary pass indicating they have passed COVID-19 checks. This will help ease the minds of your visitors, customers and fellow members of staff.
