For Securitas, sustainability means running our business in a way that is good for people, the planet and long-term value creation. It covers how we treat our employees, how we manage our environmental impact and how we ensure ethical and responsible business practices. Our global sustainability strategy sets out clear focus areas and goals to guide this work.

Our focus area, develop people, is all about creating good, safe jobs and long-term careers. We invest in training and development, health and safety, and aim to ensure living wages for a meaningful share of our workforce in collaboration with our clients. We also work to promote diversity and inclusion, and to support the well-being of our people.

Under our focus area, decarbonize business, we are working to reduce emissions from our fleet, buildings and technology. This includes improving energy efficiency, moving towards low- and zero-emission vehicles and increasing the use of remote and technology-enabled services. We also look at emissions in our value chain and how we can work with suppliers and clients to reduce them.

Our focus area, demonstrate integrity, covers ethics, compliance, data protection and responsible sourcing. We have a Code of Conduct, a Supplier Code of Conduct and clear policies on anti-corruption and human rights. Employees receive regular training, and we provide channels for raising concerns, including whistleblowing.
