Job Description

The Badge operators are primarily responsible for: customer service support and effectively addressing client inquiries, facilities support, conduction calls, chats, and ticket resolutions effectively, physical tasks with shipments, organization, auditing, and following on site established security badging procedures. While operating under close supervision of the local Badging Supervisor / Team leader, the Badge Operators would be expected to execute a number of standard operating procedures independently to support corporate employees and clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Supporting corporate employees and clients, vendors, visitors, and contractors to resolve any badging issues that may arise via phone, email, trouble ticketing, and in-person through a walk-in service.

Various administrative badging duties require good judgment and creative problem solving in the absence of specific instructions with the combined perspective of excellent customer service and a strong attention to policies and procedures as badging operators. outstanding communication skills, an exceptional ability to multitask, with a great attitude to work ethics as part of a badging operational team.

Qualifications

• PSA Licence 
• PC Skills are an essential requirement to this role.
• Experience of working with security access control as well as badging applications.
• Have the ability to multitask and remain cordial and professional in stressful situations.
• Have excellent phone etiquette and people skills.
• Being a proactive problem solver
• Be able to learn and apply standardized operating procedures to support issue resolution.
• Need to have a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in badging, access control, security operations centre.
• Have previous experience in customer service or in an administrative position.
