What began as a standard service request quickly developed into a full-scale security transformation programme spanning physical security, reception services (STARS service model), and integrated technology upgrades.
Initial requirement
The client’s original brief focused on:

During early engagement, the Securitas team introduced the Advisor tool as part of the consultation process to better understand the client’s wider security environment.
Discovery & security assessment
Using the Securitas Advisor tool, several critical vulnerabilities were identified across the client’s existing estate, including:
- Outdated CCTV infrastructure
- Limited access control integration
- Gaps in fire safety system alignment
- Lack of advanced detection capability for emerging risks (including EV-related fire scenarios)
