Initial requirement
The client initially sought:

While this was a very natural and understandable response given the circumstances, early discussions highlighted that a solely guarding approach would not provide the most effective or sustainable long-term solution.
Security assessment & approach
Using the Advisor tool and working closely with the client’s team, Securitas carried out a comprehensive assessment of the site and wider corporate environment.
This revealed a relatively immature security stance across corporate locations, with significant gaps in key mitigation measures, including:
- Limited to no CCTV coverage
- Outdated access control systems
- Minimal on-site protective measures
- Lack of structured threat awareness
Recognising the opportunity to support the client more effectively, Securitas adopted a consultative, partnership-led approach. This enabled a shift from a reactive response to a more proactive, intelligence-led security strategy.
