This vital facility serves as a central hub for receiving, sorting, and distributing donations that assist people experiencing homelessness across Dublin and the surrounding counties.
This vehicle will significantly enhance the mobility and efficiency of Dublin Simon Community’s warehouse operations. It will play a crucial role in transporting essential items—including clothing, household goods, and food—to shops, emergency accommodation centres, and outreach programmes.
Operating across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, Louth, Cavan, and Monaghan, Dublin Simon Community delivers comprehensive services to empower individuals and families to find and maintain a place to call home.

Over the past year, Securitas Ireland has made several contributions, including €4,300 raised through Casual Fridays, as well as donations of food, clothing, electrical goods, and more. Additionally, our head office staff have volunteered their time to support the warehouse team in sorting and organising these donations—helping to give these items a second life for those who need them most.
