We're hiring a Senior Security Operations Program Manager for Datacenter Physical Security – Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland.
The Sr. Security Operations Program Manager (Sr. SOPM) is a senior level role that will directly support senior-level client(s) and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of focused regional end-to-end program management, data analytics, and presentation of results to regional and global executive-level stakeholders for a complex, multi $100M global client account providing critical infrastructure services.
This is a highly independent role requiring intensive collaboration with leadership - both internal and client facing. The Sr. SOPM must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast paced, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and respond to information requests from executive clients at the Director level and above.

Analyze data and present findings to internal and client leadership.

Act as a liaison between Securitas and client leadership, ensuring valuable feedback and alignment of goals.

Project manage strategic initiatives that enhance security operations and service delivery.

Present to large groups of internal and client stakeholders on program status and analysis.

Identify new initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic goals.
-
Drive collaboration across internal and external teams to deliver results.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-
Maintain security-related procedures, training programs, and improvement plans.
-
Develop and present detailed security management reports to key stakeholders.

Facilitate internal and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and action items.
Minimum requirements:
-
At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the country of residence.
-
Reliable means of communication and transportation.
-
High School Diploma (or equivalent); Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, or related field.

5+ years of progressive managerial experience in security operations, service planning, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executives.

Ability to work in a highly complex, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working evenings or weekends when required, including during emergency events.

Able to travel (international or domestic, as required), occasionally with limited notice and the ongoing ability to travel to the United States and throughout Europe without restrictions.
Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Management or related field.

Professional certifications (CPP, PSP, etc.).

Experience in data center security and technology environments.

Strong knowledge of Security Operations Centers (SOC) procedures.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
